About Attorney Abraham Peña

Abraham Peña is a personal injury attorney proudly born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. His roots in South Texas shape not only who he is, but how he practices law, with humility, grit, and a deep sense of responsibility to the community that raised him.

Abraham is committed to serving individuals and families throughout Texas, South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley, with a particular focus on helping Spanish-speaking communities navigate the legal system with confidence and clarity. He believes access to justice should not depend on language, background, or resources, and he works to ensure every client feels informed, respected, and protected at every stage of their case.

Abraham chose personal injury law because he has seen firsthand how devastating an unexpected injury can be for working families in the Valley. Too often, injured people are left overwhelmed physically, emotionally, and financially while insurance companies delay, deny, or undervalue legitimate claims. Abraham was driven to become the lawyer he wished families in his community had during those moments, someone who would explain the process honestly, stand up to powerful insurance companies, and fight to level the playing field.

Abraham earned his undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio before attending Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, where he graduated with honors.
